3. Affiliate Relationships & Booking Links

NameThatFare participates in affiliate programs including Travelpayouts and CruiseDirect. When you click a "Book Now" button and complete a booking through one of our affiliate links, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence the prices we display or the order in which results appear. We are not a party to any transaction you complete through a third-party booking site.

4. Pricing Accuracy Disclaimer

Travel prices change frequently and without notice. The prices displayed on NameThatFare are sourced from third-party APIs and may not reflect the current price at the time of booking. NameThatFare makes no warranty that any price shown is accurate, available, or bookable. Always verify the final price on the booking site before completing a purchase. NameThatFare is not responsible for any difference between the price displayed and the price charged at checkout.

5. User Accounts

To use certain features of NameThatFare, you must create an account using Manus OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Subscription & Billing

NameThatFare offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are provided at our discretion for unused subscription periods. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to: (a) use the service for any unlawful purpose; (b) scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the service; (c) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service; (d) use automated tools to access the service in a manner that exceeds reasonable personal use; (e) resell or redistribute access to the service without our written consent.

All content, design, code, and trademarks on NameThatFare are the property of NameThatFare or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without our express written permission. Price data displayed on the service is sourced from third parties and remains the property of those respective providers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NameThatFare and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to losses resulting from reliance on price data, missed bookings, or booking errors. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
